George J. Haas is the founder of The Cydonia Institute and a member of the Society for Planetary SETI Research (SPSR), with over 30 years of experience analyzing NASA and ESA photographs of Mars. He studied visual arts, worked as an art instructor, curator, and director of the Sculptors’ Association of New Jersey, and exhibited widely in New York and New Jersey during the 1980s. Haas has extensively studied the art and iconography of pre-Columbian cultures such as the Olmec, Maya, and Aztec, participating in related societies at the University of Pennsylvania and in Washington, DC. He has coauthored two books, The Cydonia Codex and The Martian Codex, and published six science papers on anomalous Martian formations. Additionally, Haas has spoken at various conferences and appeared on programs such as Ancient Aliens, The UnXplained, and Gaia’s Beyond Belief.

George Haas’s A Deep Investigation of Mysterious Geometric Structures on the Surface of Mars presents a compelling case for the existence of an ancient Martian civilization. With high-resolution imagery and detailed analysis, Haas examines anomalous formations such as pyramids, geoglyphs, and city-like structures, uncovering their geometric precision and symbolic significance. He draws intriguing parallels between these Martian features and Earthly cultures, particularly Mesoamerican art and mythology, suggesting a shared cosmic history. By connecting Mayan Star Wars myths and Sumerian Anunnaki legends, Haas proposes that these stories preserve evidence of interplanetary contact. Blending science, mythology, and archaeology, the book challenges readers to reconsider humanity's relationship with Mars and its ancient past.
